We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This is a full-time, permanent position for someone who is fluent in English, quick-thinking, and efficient in communication. The ideal candidate will handle general inbound phone inquiries, primarily from customers without internet access, assisting them with order placements and answering basic questions related to products and services.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assisting customers in placing orders via phone
  • Providing product information and helping customers choose the right items
  • Handling inquiries related to order status, delivery, and general questions
  • Maintaining accurate call and order records
  • Upholding excellent customer service standards and representing the company positively
  • Collaborating with the team for continuous process improvement

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service (voice support preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English — clear, fluent, and friendly
  • Fast thinking with a no-nonsense approach and ability to get to the point efficiently
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
  • Reliability, professionalism, and ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
