Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and interactions
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer service delivery

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A graduate degree in any field, preferably in communications or business management
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer care, preferably in the finance or real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Work Schedule:

The selected candidate will work on a day shift from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Estimated Salary Range: PHP 25,000 - 35,000 per month (dependent on qualifications and experience)
