Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Pioneer Account - Dayshift)

At EnfraUSA Solutions Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Pioneer Account team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to all parties, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Follow up with customers after service visits or sales to ensure their needs were met and gather feedback on their experience.
  • Maintain accountability and responsibility for assigned tasks, using good judgment to handle difficult situations.
  • Accurately document all calls or activities, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Requirements:
  • Two years of BPO experience is a plus.
  • Amenability to a flexible schedule and onsite work setup.
  • Excellent and professional English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take direction well and work independently.
