Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue through live chat interactions.
  • Identify buying signals and deliver persuasive product insights to customers.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and success at all times.
  • Meet or exceed performance KPIs, including chat-to-close rate targets and monthly revenue quotas.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven history of achieving top performance.
  • Customer-centric approach, understanding customer questions to resolve business needs.
