We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. This role involves managing customer communications related to service inquiries, scheduling, estimates, and sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong HVAC knowledge and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch service to clients.

  • Answer incoming calls from residential and commercial customers regarding HVAC services (repairs, maintenance, installations, estimates)
  • Make follow-up calls to confirm appointments, provide quotes, or check on previous service calls
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions based on provided guidelines
  • Schedule service appointments accurately in coordination with dispatch teams
  • Provide pricing, warranty, and service information clearly and professionally
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and call notes in the CRM system
  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate internal team
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency. This includes answering questions, providing quotes, and scheduling appointments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask are essential in this role.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a call center or phone-based customer service/sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC terminology and common customer concerns is also required.
