The ideal candidate will take ownership of our email, SMS, and push marketing channels, designing and optimizing automation flows, customer segmentation strategies, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced email marketing campaigns to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and optimize complex automation flows using Klaviyo or Netcore, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Content team to create high-converting email content, aligning with our brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Partner with the CX team to enhance customer communications, utilizing NPS and feedback to improve messaging strategy.
  • Analyze key email and CRM metrics, driving insights to refine future strategies.
