Customer Experience Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers through various channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for delivering approachable, optimistic, considerate, accurate, and timely service to customers.

We are looking for someone who can be the go-to person for customers, offering support and guidance to enhance their overall experience. This includes serving as a dedicated resource for customers with memberships and subscriptions, ensuring they receive personalized assistance.

The successful candidate will also implement retention strategies and execute plans to help reduce churn, actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and address concerns. Additionally, they will act as a passionate ambassador and advocate for our brand and product lines, embodying our values and mission.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the customer experience and contribute to a waste-free future. You will work closely with the CX Leadership team to share customer insights and contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.

In this role, you will be required to have experience in customer-facing roles, superior written and oral communication skills, strong people skills, friendliness and empathy, and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
