We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working with customers to resolve technical issues.
About the JobThe primary focus of this role will be to provide advanced technical support to customers, resolving complex issues in a timely manner. You will work closely with internal teams to identify and document bugs or system limitations, and collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions.
This position also involves mentoring and guiding junior support engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve troubleshooting efficiency. Additionally, you will assist in creating and improving knowledge base documentation, ensuring that customers have access to accurate information.
A key aspect of this role is staying up-to-date with product updates, system changes, and new features to enhance your troubleshooting capabilities. Your experience and expertise will enable you to provide expert guidance to customers, resolving their technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities- Provide advanced technical support to customers, resolving complex issues in a timely manner.

- Stay up-to-date with product updates, system changes, and new features.
- 3+ years of technical support experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong background in customer service and technical problem-solving.
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in using Zendesk or similar ticketing and chat support systems.
