
Customer Experience Specialist

As a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring high delivery standards on all quality parameters.
Job Responsibilities- Audit interactions on product/process, communication and soft skills parameters to identify areas of improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Data analysis and creation of reports to track progress and identify trends.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach.
- Communicate with team members to heighten awareness and focus on the importance of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy with ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of CSS, HTML, and WordPress is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as MS-Excel and PowerPoint.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Confident and competent in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Quality Evaluator Skills: Solid understanding of the quality audit and coaching process. Ability to observe, analyze, and give constructive feedback.
- Communication: Fluent in written and verbal English, with ability to comprehend and effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.
- Leadership and Time Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
