Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing general industrial engineering policies, methods, and standards. This includes developing and aligning budgets, assigning and monitoring projects, and allocating resources. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring efficient operations across all stages of the supply chain, identifying deficiencies, and proposing remedial measures or projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement industrial engineering policies, methods, and standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, assign and monitor projects, and allocate resources.
  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
