Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in communicating with customers and internal stakeholders through service documentation and training.
About the Role:- Develop technical documentation including service guides, installation manuals, and site preparation instructions.
- Create engaging service videos and other resources needed for effective training.
- Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, providing constructive feedback to enhance writing skills.
- Design and organize documentation sets, ensuring they meet specifications.
- Produce high-quality illustrations to support documentation.
- Maintain and utilize our documentation database.
- A minimum of one year of professional writing experience.
- Familiarity with structured authoring software is an advantage.
- Experience in illustration and video editing using Adobe Creative Cloud would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, C#) is a plus.
