Technical Documentation Specialist

Create accurate and clear technical documentation for robots and software, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders. Develop content using text, images, or other relevant media.

  • Develop comprehensive documentation including robot manuals, software guides, tutorials, release notes, and troubleshooting instructions.
  • Edit, clarify, and review documents created by others to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Craft illustrations and renders to effectively communicate complex information.
  • Work closely with internal teams across Engineering, Compliance, and Technical Support/Service.
  • Organize and maintain content in a centralized system.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Robotics, Engineering, Design, or related field.
  • At least one year of professional writing experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in robotics, IT, electronics, or similar fields.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with structured authoring software and documentation workflows.
  • Experience with illustration and 3D modeling tools.
  • Understanding of version control systems and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to write scripts and create engaging content.
