Job Title: Procurement and Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement and Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling supplier inquiries related to payments, reconciling and analyzing supplier accounts, collecting and receiving invoices, reviewing invoice accuracy and tax lines, uploading invoices and encoding them into the system, collecting hardcopy invoices or orders, building capacity and providing feedback to Coupa users on invoice uploading, handling staff inquiries related to payments, providing training and orientations to Concur users, managing staff expense report concerns as needed, processing exit clearance for hard copies, collecting and filing hardcopy documents, performing month-end recording and accruals, analyzing cash advance outstanding balances, reporting and analyzing incidents, monitoring, collecting, and auditing hardcopy documents, supporting process standardization to improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase controls, reduce fraud risk, and enhance effectiveness, providing support for emergency response tasks, including urgent invoice processing and document management.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Accountancy, part qualification from a recognized accounting body, at least 2 years' experience in general accounting or accounts payable in a non-profit organization, skills in Excel, Sunsystems/PMQA, and other advantageous tools, basic knowledge of finance, procurement, and administration systems employed by World Vision (Coua/ProVision), excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and demands, work effectively with staff in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude, and fit to work with minimal travel.
