Cloud Solutions & Innovation Center Role

As an integral part of the Cloud Solutions & Innovation Center, we strive to create seamless global services proposals and bids. We partner with Solution architects and Services sales teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Solution architects and Services sales teams globally to understand scope and opportunity
  • Interact effectively with customers (internal) to identify functional scope of the solution prior to the bid estimation process
  • Create services proposals ('bids') to implement Infor solutions efficiently
  • Enhance estimation tools, methodologies, and templates continuously
  • Manage and maintain content in identified repositories for efficient bid creation
  • Work flexibly to meet shifting requirements across regions
  • Meet tight deadlines proactively
  • Communicate effectively with internal clients as well as customers
  • Support NA region operations within US time zone constraints

Requirements:

  • Experience or training in proposal development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ERP or industry-related experience

A Day in this Role Typically Includes:

  • Partnering with Solution architects and Services sales teams to grasp project scope and opportunities
  • Effective interaction with internal customers to determine solution functionality before the bid estimation process begins
  • Developing services proposals to successfully implement Infor solutions globally
  • Contributing to the improvement of estimation tools, methodologies, and templates
  • Managing and maintaining repository content to streamline the bid creation process
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours to accommodate regional needs
  • Working under tight deadlines while prioritizing task completion
  • Communication with both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Adaptability to operate within a US-centric operational framework supporting NA region demands
