Job Title: Bidding Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the bidding process for U.S. government contracts, focusing on service apartment rentals or pest control services.

This role requires a deep understanding of government contracting platforms and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts, with a focus on service apartment rentals or pest control.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing government solicitations to identify opportunities aligned with our offerings;
  • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting competitive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other U.S. government procurement requirements;
  • Conducting cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment to develop effective bidding strategies;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather input and create accurate and compelling proposals;
  • Liaising with government agencies and contracting officers to clarify requirements and strengthen business relationships;
  • Tracking bid status, conducting post-bid evaluations, and implementing lessons learned to improve future outcomes;
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of government contracting platforms and industry regulations;
  • Monitoring competitors and market trends in service apartment rentals or pest control services to enhance bidding effectiveness.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts, with a focus on service apartment rentals or pest control;
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes;
  • Expertise in preparing and submitting compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation;
  • Proficiency in bid management software and tools such as MS Office Suite;
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with federal agencies or government contract platforms;
  • Knowledge of specific industry requirements for service apartment rentals or pest control;
  • Certifications such as Certified Federal Contracts Manager or Project Management Professional;
  • Demonstrated success in securing large-scale government contracts.
