Receivables Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing daily invoicing and collection activities for customer accounts.
The successful candidate will perform month-end reconciliations, calculate key performance indicators, and assist with process automation and internal controls execution.
To be considered for this position, you must have experience in creating and posting invoices in Salesforce Billing, applying payments within Salesforce Billing and NetSuite, and collecting invoices of varying dollar values.
You should also possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve payment issues with customers.
In addition to your technical skills, you should be proficient in working with ticketing systems, such as HappyFox, Zendesk, and Asana.
Responsibilities:- Manage daily invoicing and collection activities for customer accounts

Requirements:
