Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Platforms Systems Support Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process reengineering, systems and control implementation, and business analysis. They will be responsible for developing, setting, and cascading new processes designs to ensure the sound implementation of company projects and other initiatives.

They will also execute a communication and deployment strategy whenever there are new technologies or processes to be implemented. This includes ensuring that all stakeholders are consulted and properly informed of impending changes and that they are aware and prepared for their effects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Process Designs: Design and implement new processes that meet the needs of the organization.
  2. Communicate Change: Execute a communication and deployment strategy to inform stakeholders of new technologies or processes.
  3. Review Systems and Processes: Review the capabilities of systems and processes being used and propose necessary enhancements.
  4. User Acceptance Testing: Develop and analyze User Test Plans, User Test Scripts, and User Test Result documentation to ensure solutions meet user specifications.
  5. Project Management: Manage project timelines and costs, prioritizing activities and ensuring budget allocation.
  6. SME Support: Act as a reliable Subject Matter Expert (SME) for systems and processes, providing guidance on implementation and issue resolution.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with other departments and external partners to ensure their requirements are considered in new process and system enhancements.
  8. Studies and Analysis: Conduct studies as defined by users, including Manpower / Resource Evaluation, Options Analysis, and Feasibility Studies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A graduate of a 4-year business related course, preferably BS Industrial Engineering.
  • 6 years of experience in business analysis, process reengineering, or systems and control implementation.
