Job Title: Digital Systems Support Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Systems Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining digital systems, troubleshooting issues, and configuring applications.


The position is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our digital systems, providing technical support to end-users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and upgrading our digital systems to ensure optimal performance and security;
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Collaborating with development teams to configure and test new applications;
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to end-users;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve system efficiency and effectiveness;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital systems maintenance and support;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
