Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Technical Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of ERP business solutions to support business objectives.
  • Manage a team of Solution Leads, Specialists, and Analysts to ensure timely delivery of applications and maintenance of corporate technology applications.
  • Review conceptual and logical business solution design for BAU and replicate business requirements based on best practices and standards.
  • Prepare business cases and oversee the development and implementation of ERP solutions.
  • Evaluate clients' information system requirements relative to current and future IT solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP technical or integration areas, including SAP ABAP, BW/4HANA, SAP PO/PI, and SAP BTP.
  • Experience in managing large, complex, high-visibility enterprise-level projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Knowledge of SAP ABAP, SAP PO/PI, and system integration to and from SAP and non-SAP applications.
