As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will work closely with Application Managers, Senior Project Engineers, and Project Managers to review and refine specifications, identify necessary adjustments, and implement solutions to ensure optimal system performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Application Support and/or Technical Support for an ERP System. They will possess strong knowledge of databases and SQL query tools, preferably Microsoft SQL Server. Experience in designing reports, especially using SSRS and SQL Server Reporting Services, is also advantageous.

Responsibilities include providing support to users/customers by responding to product-related inquiries via ticketing systems, testing custom solutions, resolving technical and functional issues, creating customer reports and dashboards, documenting processes, and coordinating with project managers. Escalation of unresolved issues to development or engineering teams is also required, along with maintaining and updating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Proven experience in Application Support and/or Technical Support for an ERP System
  • Hands-on experience with low-level coding platforms
  • Strong knowledge of databases and SQL query tools, preferably Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience in designing reports, especially using SSRS and SQL Server Reporting Services, is an advantage

Work Schedule:

This is a hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite presence three days per week. Candidates should be flexible and open to working night shifts as needed.
