About This OpportunityThis challenging position requires a multifaceted professional who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Client Account Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering trust and respect with key decision-makers while consistently meeting established service levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Timely Case Management & Inquiry Resolution: Effectively manage case-related inquiries assigned through our Salesforce platform, adhering to predetermined service standards.
- Salesforce Account Monitoring & Maintenance: Continuously monitor, update, and close relevant Salesforce Accounts, Files, and/or Case records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Proactive Customer Communication: Provide timely follow-up to clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their requests. Ensure that all communications are clear, professional, and empathetic.
- Report Delivery & SLA Compliance: Guarantee timely delivery of reports and information requests, meeting service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain accurate case information within Salesforce for seamless reporting.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Identify and collaborate with the sales team on leads to contribute to our organization's overall revenue growth. Foster strong relationships to enhance sales opportunities.
- Account Retention Management: Maintain account retention targets by developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through effective engagement strategies.
- Customer Feedback & Product Improvement: Obtain firsthand customer feedback and make recommendations for product enhancements. Actively seek input to drive improvements.
- Relationship Development: Establish and maintain multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to ensure retention and relationship stability. Leverage these connections to support business objectives.
- Product Expansion Proposals: Suggest additional products and services to expand our organization's footprint within existing accounts. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
