Job Title: Relationship Manager – Corporate/Commercial Banking (Senior to AVP Level)

About the Role:

We are partnering with BDO Unibank to look for a seasoned Relationship Manager (RM) to

join their Corporate/Commercial Banking Group in Cebu. This strategic role is ideal for

professionals who have strong experience in managing institutional or corporate clients and are

looking to transition into a leadership position in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients, ranging from SMEs to

large enterprises.

● Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic relationship building

and market understanding.

● Structure and offer tailored financial solutions including corporate loans, trade finance,

treasury products, and cash management services.

● Conduct thorough credit analysis and financial assessments to support lending

decisions.

● Prepare and present credit proposals in alignment with the bank's risk appetite and

credit policies.

● Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service

delivery.

● Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless banking experiences to clients.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, preferably with

exposure to institutional banking.

● Strong understanding of credit evaluation, financial statement analysis, and corporate

financing solutions.

● Proven track record in business development and managing key accounts.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level

corporate decision-makers.

● Open to working in Cebu, with knowledge of the Visayas corporate landscape

considered a plus.
