Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of virtual assistants to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between the virtual assistant's performance and the client's expectations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, planning, and problem-solving of a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to meet required targets set by clients.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists that enhance productivity and profitability of their businesses and Client-VA pairs.
  • Work closely with clients to help them grow their businesses using our services as a skilled Client Services Manager.
  • Effectively manage medical Client-VA relationships.
  • Mitigate concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, negotiate high-level escalations, etc., while managing clients and their needs with our services.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management (familiar with operational processes).
  • High proficiency in the English Language (written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work alongside high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with a highly motivated mindset, focused, organized, and with a growth-oriented approach.
  • One year of training and development experience (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to think outside the box, understand requirements, and create solutions when necessary.
  • Efficient use of MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.

    • Must power your workstation for at least 3 hours.
    • Typically a device with 240Wh or higher.
    • Must accept all plugs required to maintain the primary device and work environment (device, monitor, modem, cell phone if using as internet backup).
