Our Branches/Stores is looking for experienced professionals to join us in multiple sites listed above in the role of Relationship Manager.

As a Relationship Manager, you will drive the business by prioritizing high-net-worth clients for innovative financial solutions and cross-selling, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities, continually enhancing service levels and operational efficiency.

What the role will entail

  • Generation and maintenance of business to achieve sales targets.
  • Sourcing, calling, and presenting bank products/services/investment opportunities.
  • Building an information database on existing high-net-worth clients to support relationship-building and cross-selling efforts.
  • Implementing cross-selling and other relationship-building activities.
  • Conducting highly professional consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with high-net-worth clients.
  • Participating in promotional activities/events for client acquisition.
  • Relationship building and management.
  • Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analyses.
  • Conduct regular checks on market trends and competitors' offerings.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide professional service to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Practice service excellence in handling customer issues, complaints, and product inquiries.
  • Recommend improvements in operational processes, procedures, and products based on customer feedback.
