Job Title: BIM Associate I

BIM Associate I is a pivotal role in our organization that involves supporting the design and modeling of architectural and engineering projects.

The primary responsibility of this position is to create Onboarding permit drawings, work with Revit models, and assist in schematic and tender design tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage Onboarding permit drawings (light, permit, enterprise).
  • Assist with schematic design and tender package creation.
  • Convert point clouds into Revit models and support with sales plans.
  • Model Revit families and assist in basic building systems coordination.
  • Produce graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts.
  • Provide testfit design support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Professional degree preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
  • Passion for improving processes and growing skills in a remote setting.
