Location: BGC, Taguig

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Modeler to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level data models that support business intelligence, analytics, and data integration needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling methodologies, database design, and data governance within complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in data modeling and database design.
  • Expertise in ER modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, PowerDesigner, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database systems (e.g., Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with data warehousing, BI platforms, and big data technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineers to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable data models.
  • Ensure models support data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Optimize database performance and support ETL/integration processes.
  • Provide expertise in metadata management and data lineage documentation.

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php60, Php100,000.00 per month
