Job Title: Building Information Modeling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Building Information Modeling Specialist to play a pivotal role in our project team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the coordination and review of drawings to ensure seamless alignment with project goals.
  • Act as a proactive advisor to the project lead, promptly informing them of any delays or scope changes.
  • Ensure all drawings are completed to meet required quality, schedule, and industry standards.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant technical standards through daily release of queries.
  • Keep job folders and progress reports up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Participate in regular project meetings and conference calls as necessary.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent drafting technology diploma, preferably with 8-10+ years of experience in the field.
  • Expertise in detailing steel and concrete structures; timber experience is an added advantage but not required.
  • Proficiency in Revit, with additional skills in BIM 360, Navisworks, Revizto, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Enscape, Tekla, and seismic detailing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, and intuition.
  • Experience working on projects including water infrastructure, substations, and multi-story buildings with standard detailing requirements.
