Building Services Modelling Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating accurate 3D models for building services. Your strong understanding of MEP, structural systems, and construction documentation will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for building services
  • Create high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements
  • Implement BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination and delivery
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of Revit drafting/modeling experience
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation
  • Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards
Skills and Expertise:
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets
  • Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce clash-free, highly coordinated models
