Customer Care Specialist Job

We're seeking an exceptional professional to join our Customer Experience team. As a key member of this squad, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer support and ensuring the continued success of our clients after implementing our payroll solution.

Your primary responsibilities will include responding to and resolving customer inquiries, tickets, and calls in a timely manner. You will also collaborate with the wider support team to provide education on best practices for using our platform, as well as assist in proactively analysing and understanding product functionality across the platform.

You will be working closely with customers across multiple channels to understand their organisational workflow and how our platform can support them to maximise their people processes. Your tasks will also involve leveraging internal tools for maintaining records, investigating tickets, and referencing customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).

In addition, you will have opportunities to contribute feature requests and Help Centre suggestions based on your valuable insights gained from customer interactions.
