Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

  • You will work closely with clients to deliver exceptional service and ensure their technical issues are resolved promptly.

  • Your expertise in SQL, Linux, and network administration will enable you to troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.

  • A collaborative approach is essential in this role, as you will work with colleagues to achieve common goals and drive business success.

  • Occasional after-hours or holiday support may be required, but we offer a remote work arrangement that provides flexibility and work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a production environment, supporting clients and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and strong problem-solving skills are also essential.

  • In addition to your technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities are necessary to succeed in this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidates with experience in cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery knowledge, or Salesforce admin experience will be highly regarded.

  • Knowledge of the utility industry or Smart Grid exposure is also beneficial.

  • An ITIL/ITSM background would be advantageous.
