Job Title:

BMS System Administrator

Description

This is a pivotal role that involves the continuous monitoring and operation of building management systems (BMS) in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BMS operations, data analysis, and reporting.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • System Monitoring And Operation: Continuously monitor all building systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems to ensure they are functioning optimally.
  • Data Analysis And Reporting: Analyze data from the BMS to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Generate and submit detailed reports on system performance, energy consumption, and any incidents or corrective actions taken.
  • Compliance And Safety: Ensure all BMS operations comply with local, national, and international regulations, including those set by TESDA. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring all building systems operate within safe parameters.
  • Training And Support: Provide training and support to other team members on BMS operations and best practices. Stay updated on the latest BMS technologies and TESDA certifications.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Tesda Certificate in Building Management Systems or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining BMS in commercial buildings.
  • Proficiency in using BMS software for monitoring, diagnostics, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and training purposes.
