Global Commercial Contracts Specialist

This role represents a key opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to drive performance-driven sales support and manage commercial team efforts.

  • The successful candidate will have expertise in contract governance, documentation, and compliance, with strong leadership experience and a proven track record of improving sales support and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).

About This Role

This role plays a critical part in the Commercial Excellence Team, driving a performance-driven sales support culture while ensuring effective management of commercial team efforts.

The successful candidate will collaborate with regional and global teams to optimize business processes, enhance CRM governance, and maintain transparency in contract management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and supervise local Sales Coordination and Contracts teams as a dotted line manager.
    • Develop the teams, identify and groom leadership reporting to them.
    • Train the team to have lateral vision across services provided in Manila.
    • Participate in special projects and workgroups focused on operational excellence and efficiency improvements.
    • Maintain and monitor commercial contracts, ensuring transparency across the organization.
    • Support all business areas, including Life Sciences, Molecular Diagnostics, and related support functions.
    • Educate local teams on industry best practices and global standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • 10 years of proven experience in sales support, contract management, or a related commercial function.
  • With 5 years of strong leadership experience, supervising and developing local teams.
  • Expertise in contract governance, documentation, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
