Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and ensuring projects run smoothly using Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling using productivity tools.
  • Organize and maintain files and documents on Google Drive.
  • Create, update, and track projects in Monday.com.
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents and handling follow-ups.
  • Assist with light design and content creation tasks using Canva.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.

Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack, and Canva.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
