The successful candidate will be responsible for handling clerical, organizational, and project-related tasks, ensuring seamless preparation and filing of immigration-related applications for our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain digital client files, adhering to organisational standards.
  • Gather, organise, and verify client documents for case preparation.
  • Draft client communications, including approval and congratulatory letters.

In addition, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience in a law firm setting).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a law firm setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
