Job Overview

The Mobility Specialist is a key member of our global team, ensuring seamless employee transitions across borders and adherence to local laws. We are solving global employment compliance challenges by enabling businesses to recruit, pay, and manage international teams.

This role involves providing legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery, monitoring and controlling products and services for immigration compliance, establishing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and developing in-house immigration services.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and preparing visa/work permit applications, maintaining up-to-date immigration law knowledge, and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.

As a Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for handling escalations, determining when senior review is required, and guiding stakeholders to timely resolutions.

You will also provide solution-based responses for complex client cases, work autonomously, and take ownership of day-to-day tasks.
