Job Overview:

The Digital Growth Specialist role is a remote position within our Marketing team. In this role, you'll focus on paid acquisition channels, managing, optimising, and reporting on campaigns. With recent hands-on experience in the paid media landscape, you'll be well-versed in creating effective ad strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Purchase ads for our app through various platforms
  2. Analyse targeted users and optimise ad content to improve overall ROI
  3. Work closely with designers to develop ad content plans based on data analysis and user portraits
  4. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to formulate and execute digital growth strategies
  5. Keep track of latest industry trends and competitor activity
  6. Onboard influencers and manage influencer networks to drive growth among the target audience
  7. Develop and manage B2B partnerships to drive online growth
  8. Manage public relations to drive growth among the target audience
  9. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends;
  10. Support and collaborate with various teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns;
