Global Mobility Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Professional to join our team.

This role is responsible for ensuring employees transition smoothly across borders, adhering to local laws, and providing immigration and relocation assistance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles with a focus on immigration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop in-house immigration services to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven experience in the technology sector or during rapid growth
  • Flexible, adaptable team player who can shift with changing priorities
  • Strong customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills
