About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth case management and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain digital client files, adhering to organizational standards.
  • Organize electronic document storage and ensure proper naming and maintenance of files.
  • Remove duplicates and outdated templates from client files.

You will work closely with attorneys and paralegals to handle clerical, organizational, and project-related tasks. Your primary goal is to prepare and file immigration-related applications for our clients efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience in a law firm setting).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a law firm setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
