Job Title: Mobility Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth employee transitions across borders, adhering to local laws and regulations, and providing immigration and relocation assistance.

This role requires strong knowledge of immigration procedures and compliance processes, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles with a focus on immigration.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery
  • Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop in-house immigration services to improve revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications
  • Maintain up-to-date immigration law knowledge and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles
  • Comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Composure and efficiency under pressure during peak workloads
  • Flexible, adaptable team player who can shift with changing priorities
  • Strong customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills across diverse client bases
  • Interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws
