Job Title: Financial Operations Director

Job Description:

The role of the Financial Operations Director is to oversee and manage all financial operations within the organization. This includes preparing, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Additionally, the Financial Operations Director will ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting regulations. They will coordinate with external auditors to support audit processes and maintain and reconcile the general ledger while providing accounting guidance to other Shared Services teams.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing performance through SLA, KPI, and performance management frameworks. They will be proficient in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, along with finance consolidation tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CPA certification required.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Controllership, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
  • Experience in the BPO or shared services industry is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial control processes and IFRS standards.
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, along with finance consolidation tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with leaders and stakeholders.
