As our messaging platform continues to enhance guest engagement and streamline communication, we need an Onboarding Coach to help implement it for our clients. This role will allow you to play a vital part in bringing success to life.
Our Customer Onboarding Team is close-knit and collaborative, working together to provide exceptional support and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our customers. If you're ready to make a difference and be part of an exciting journey, we'd love to have you on board.
This role involves facilitating client onboarding, training, and ongoing support via video, phone, and email. You'll resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues, partner with Sales to define success and drive retention, and build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and promote product adoption.
You'll also develop a deep understanding of our products and customer needs, contribute to training materials, and stay updated on system changes. Additionally, you'll record activities in Salesforce, gather feedback, and share insights for product improvements.
We're looking for someone who can communicate product offerings clearly, synthesize feedback for internal teams, and share customer insights and opportunities across departments to drive alignment. If you have at least 2 years of relevant industry experience in customer-facing roles, including over 1 year of hospitality experience in roles like Front Desk or Revenue Manager, we'd love to hear from you.
Bonus skills in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Thai, or Tagalog, or project management certification would be a plus.
