As a Key Player in Customer Success, you will bridge the gap between customers and our engineering team.

About the Role
  • Develop technical solutions to resolve complex issues, write code, and deploy solutions that directly impact customer success.
  • Analyze system traces to identify root causes and optimize prompt engineering configurations.
  • Write JavaScript code snippets for customer website integrations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in software development with production systems.
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
  • API debugging expertise, including REST APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols, and authentication.
  • Production systems experience, including logs analysis and monitoring tools.
  • Database knowledge, including SQL queries and performance troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI model integration.
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and model behavior.
  • Experience with AI APIs, such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
