Job Opportunity: Financial Planner

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Planner to join our team. As a Financial Planner, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting clients, creating life insurance proposals, and delivering personalized insurance and investment solutions to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

\

As a Financial Planner, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique financial needs and goals. You will be responsible for understanding their individual circumstances and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating leads and prospecting clients through various channels, including phone calls, email, and social media\
  • Preparing and presenting life insurance proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products\
  • Delivering personalized insurance and investment solutions to clients, taking into account their individual financial goals and risk tolerance\
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support and guidance\
  • Participating in regular training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of a college degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics\
  • At least 6 months of experience in a sales or customer-facing role\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds\
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets\
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word\
  • Willngness to undergo training and licensure exams
