About the Role

The Account Growth Specialist will cultivate strong relationships with clients and assistants, ensuring client satisfaction and success with our products and services. They will develop and maintain clear expectations and success metrics with clients, ensuring smooth transitions and effective use of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients and internal teams to drive business growth and improve customer retention.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet client needs, ensuring seamless execution and effective use of our services.
  • Act as the voice of the client internally, advocating for their needs and working proactively to ensure customer retention and minimize churn.
Success Metrics
  • Client Retention Rate: maintaining and improving client continuity and satisfaction.
  • Net Revenue Retention (NRR): growing revenue from existing accounts through upsells and expansions.
  • Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT/NPS): achieving and maintaining positive client feedback.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or customer success in the B2B realm.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and track progress.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with top-tier clients and internal stakeholders.
