Enhance case conversions through a voice-based intake system by joining our Legal Intake Specialist role.

This position primarily involves outbound calls, but may also include handling inbound calls as needed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Handling inbound calls as required to support team collaboration and workflow continuity.
  • Following a structured outbound script while building rapport and handling objections.
  • Consistently meeting daily and weekly call volume targets and conversion benchmarks.
  • Accurately capturing and updating client information using CRM tools.
  • Managing rejections professionally and escalating qualified leads efficiently.
  • Providing clear and timely updates on availability, performance blockers, or missed targets.
  • Participating in coaching sessions and applying feedback proactively.
  • Maintaining transparency and accountability in daily work logs and call quality.
Requirements
  • Law graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
  • A strong sense of accountability is essential - reliability with schedules, updates, and response times is crucial.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Open to coaching, quick to apply feedback, and resilient under pressure.
  • Must be able to operate with consistent internet connection and functional equipment.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and experienced in legal case intake. Knowledge of client qualification and lead conversion processes is also essential. Familiarity with AI-powered call analysis tools is a plus.
