Senior Client Experience Representative

As a skilled Client Services Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional client experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients via various communication channels, including chat, voice, and email.
Key Responsibilities- Manage real-time client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve service issues directly when possible; escalate critical concerns with full context.
- Document all client interactions in an organized manner.
- Track onboarding progress, status reports, and contract communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs promptly.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing position.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage demanding personalities and de-escalate tense situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savviness with tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
You will work 12-hour shifts with rotating rest days (no weekends off).
Time ZoneThe time zone for this role is Central Time (8 AM – 5 PM).
