Customer Support Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for managing a team of customer support engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical skills such as distributed systems, Hadoop, cloud technologies, security, DBMSs and Java. Experience working with enterprise and SaaS applications in a 24x7 support environment is also desirable.

We are looking for a self-starting individual who can work independently with minimal guidance and take ownership of finding solutions to complex problems. The ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and navigate an organization cross-functionally is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 10-12 customer support engineers
  • Monitor and oversee support quality and SLA adherence
