Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a high-caliber Tax Supervisor to lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area. The ideal candidate will deliver quality tax services as per agreed service agreements, provide tax advisory to assigned clients, and ensure client-ready deliverables are compliant with all applicable tax laws.

The role holder will oversee the preparation of federal tax returns, conduct second-level reviews of tax provisions, calculations, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness, and drive team production throughout the cycle.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take ownership of various projects, develop guidelines for the team, and maintain active communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and enhance relationships.

The successful candidate will have 5-8+ years of progressive functional experience in a relevant role, knowledge of Advanced Excel, US taxation principles, procedures, and laws, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • C.A./ MBA (Finance)
  • 5-8+ years of progressive functional experience in a relevant role
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel and other tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of US taxation principles, procedures, and laws
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
