Job Title: Talent Acquisition Leader
">Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and strategic sourcing leader to drive end-to-end talent acquisition operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring a robust talent pipeline that meets business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to drive talent acquisition success.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruitment partners, and industry associations.
- Manage the performance of the sourcing team, providing guidance and coaching to enhance skills and effectiveness.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform sourcing decisions and optimize channel share-of-hire.
Key Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in a senior supervisory or managerial role within recruitment/HR
- Call centre or BPO experience (required)
- Expertise in sourcing operations, vendor management, channel management, branding, and talent attraction
