Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed tracking sheets for published articles, experiments, and performance metrics.

  • Organize and update project briefs, documentation, and workflows in project management software, SharePoint, and company intranet.
  • Assign tasks, set clear deadlines, and conduct weekly goal-setting and mid-week check-ins with editors.
  • Ensure timely content delivery, proactively addressing delays with solutions.
  • Utilize AI tools and agents to enhance processes, workflow, and reports.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project managers and department heads to align content tasks with business objectives.
  • Track content targets, provide bi-weekly reports, and identify areas for improvement.
